The Brockway Mechanical Sprint Invaders Board of Directors has been working to prepare for the coming season chocked full of exciting racing events for sprint fans in Southeast Iowa, Northeast Missouri and West Central Illinois.
Special events are in the works for 34 Raceway (April 14th, & August 18th), The Lee County Speedway (June 21st & Sept 29th), Cedar County Speedway (July 12th), and Davenport Speedway (Sept 7th) in Iowa, as well as Peoria Speedway (June 1st), Knox County Speedway (August 1st),and Jacksonville Speedway (June 22nd), in Illinois. Additional events are still pending; diligent efforts are ongoing to finalize those details.
This will be the 11th season of white knuckle, hold on to your seat racing action featuring some of the most talented sprint car drivers in the nation. According to SIA President Bart Schneiderman, “We are working to finish up our schedule as soon as possible, button up our contingency program in the next few weeks. Our fans can expect that each event on our schedule will be a fan focused night of entertainment.”
The SIA website is still being redeveloped for a fresh new look to better provide information to our teams and fans. Be sure to check it often to see the latest news and developments. The 2012 Membership form is available online, as well as a Driver Bio form to be added soon. Advertising opportunities are still available both on the web, in print, social media and for events. Deadlines are approaching for our yearbook, “don’t be left in the dust”, contact us soon!

Attention Drivers:
As the season comes to a near and you finalize things, please take a moment to check your driver radio and make sure its in working order! If you are unsure, bring it to the March 11th General Membership Meeting and we will check it. If you do need a new radio for the 2012 Racing season we will put together an order at the meeting!

The Brockway Mechanical Sprint Invaders will hold a general membership meeting at the Burlington Gym on S 4th Street in Burlington Iowa, Sunday March 11th at 2:00pm. Memberships will be accepted for the upcoming 2012 season. You can print the form from the website or complete it at the meeting. A driver bio form will be added to the website soon. Please fill one out and bring it to the meeting.
Please bring any last minute yearbook advertising to turn in.
Jamison Tire will be on hand for membership tire distribution, and for additional tire sales. Membership bonus tires are $100.00 till March 1 with a paid owner membership, then tire prices will increase, be sure to take advantage of the special pricing!
Event plans are still ongoing to finalize race dates, the board will have an updated schedule for the meeting.

2012 Memberships Now Being Accepted!
Thirteen American Racer Tires are available to owners who pay their $125 owner membership and $100 for the tire. No Exceptions. From March 1st until March 15th, the bonus tire will be $125. From March 16th until April 1st, the bonus tire will be $150. After April 1st SIA will retain possession of any tires unclaimed and paid for. Money for the tire and membership must accompany the membership form.

2012 Advertising Sales Opportunity’s Underway!
Sprint Invaders are excited to kick off this years LAP/ASSOCIATE advertising options. Lap sponsors for feature events start at $300 for the season, which includes recognition at each event, lap sponsor board, ½ page add in Sprint Invader Souvenir Year Book, and a vocal advertisement at each event. Souvenir Year Book Ad Sales are underway as well. Be sure to renew your ad or for new ad opportunities, contact any board member or our social media consultant for details!
